Once your appointment is confirmed, we provide a 2-hour arrival window so you’re not stuck waiting around all day. Most jobs are scheduled within a few days of booking, and same-day slots are often available depending on your area. You’ll get a text or email reminder as your technician is on the way.

Yes — same-day and next-day appointments are available in most service areas, subject to technician availability. Simply select the earliest open time slot when booking online, by phone, or through the app, and we’ll do our best to get a technician to you fast.

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window at no charge, either through the app, your booking confirmation email, or by calling our scheduling line. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Clear access to the installation area, have all relevant equipment or devices on hand, and make sure someone 18 or older is available to let the technician in. If Wi-Fi access is needed for device setup, have your network ID and password available.

Yes! If you’ve worked with a technician before and had a great experience, you can request them again by name when booking by phone, or through the app, subject to their availability in your area. Otherwise, we’ll match you with the best-qualified, background-checked technician near you.
